Here's how to make Chocolate Popscicles at home in just 8 easy steps.
Heat milk & cream, in a saucepan, heat milk and heavy cream on low flame.
Add cocoa powder & chocolate, whisk in cocoa powder, melted dark chocolate, and sugar until smooth.
Thicken the mixture, mix cornstarch with a little water and add it to the mixture, stirring until slightly thickened.
Add flavoring, remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt for enhanced flavor.
Cool the mixture, let the chocolate mixture cool to room temperature.
Pour into molds, pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
Freeze until set, freeze for 6–8 hours or overnight until fully solid.
Unmold & enjoy, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds, remove the popsicles, and enjoy your homemade chocolate popsicles.
