Make the Batter, melt 1 cup dark chocolate with 1/2 cup butter. whisk 2 eggs and 1/4 cup sugar, then mix in the melted chocolate and 1/4 cup flour.

Prep the Molds, preheat the oven to 200°C. grease molds with butter and dust with flour.

Fill the Molds, pour the batter into the molds, filling them 3/4 full.

Bake, for 8-10 minutes until the edges set but the center stays soft.

Serve, let cool for a minute, unmold, sprinkle with sugar, and serve hot with ice cream or berries.
