Prepare the dough, in a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. add yogurt, oil, and warm milk gradually to form a soft dough. cover and let it rest for 1-2 hours.

Make garlic butter, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped coriander in a small bowl.

Divide & roll the dough, divide the dough into equal portions and roll them into oval or round shapes.

Apply garlic butter, brush the rolled dough with prepared garlic butter for extra flavor.

Cook on tawa or oven, heat a tawa, place the naan, and cook until bubbles appear. flip and cook the other side on direct flame or in a hot oven at 200°C.

Brush with more butter, once golden and puffed, brush more butter and garlic mix on top.

Serve hot & enjoy, serve hot with dal makhani, paneer curry, or any Indian dish.
