Here's how to make bread chilla at home.

Prepare the Batter, cut bread slices into small pieces, and blend them into crumbs. in a bowl, mix bread crumbs, gram flour, curd, spices, chopped vegetables, and water to make a thick batter.

Rest the Batter, let the batter rest for 5–10 minutes to enhance the flavors and soften the bread mixture.

Heat the Pan, or tawa on medium flame and lightly grease it with oil or ghee.

Spread the Batter, pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan, and spread it evenly in a circular shape like a pancake.

Cook the Chilla, cook on medium flame until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side. drizzle a little oil for crispiness.

Serve Hot, enjoy the bread chilla hot with chutney, ketchup, or curd for a delicious and nutritious meal.
