Prep the Beetroot, grate a small beetroot or boil and blend it into a puree. If grated, squeeze out extra moisture.
Mix with Dosa Batter, add beetroot puree to dosa batter. Stir in cumin seeds, green chili, and a pinch of salt.
Heat the Pan, heat a tawa or griddle on medium heat and lightly grease it with oil or ghee.
Spread the Batter, pour a ladle of the batter onto the pan and spread it into a thin circle.
Cook the Dosa, drizzle a little oil around the edges and cook for 2-3 minutes. flip and cook for another minute.
Serve, the crispy beetroot dosa hot with chutney or sambar.
