Here's how to make Sattu Chilla for a quick breakfast.

Prepare the Batter, in a bowl, mix sattu flour, onion, green chili, coriander, salt, turmeric, and cumin powder. add water gradually to form a smooth batter.

Heat the Pan and grease it lightly with oil.

Pour the Batter, pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan, and spread it evenly into a circle.

Cook the Chilla, cook on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.

Serve the crispy sattu chilla with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
