Make the Dough, mix flour, salt, and oil in a bowl. add water gradually and knead into a firm dough. cover and rest for 20 minutes.

Prepare the Filling, heat oil in a pan, sauté onions, ginger-garlic paste, and chilies. add minced chicken, turmeric, cumin, garam masala, and salt. cook well and let it cool.

Roll and Cut, divide the dough into small balls, roll them into thin circles, and cut each into two halves.

Shape the Samosas, make a cone with each semi-circle, fill with chicken, and seal the edges with water.

Fry the Samosas, heat oil and deep-fry the samosas until golden brown and crispy.

Serve, hot with mint chutney or ketchup. enjoy crispy homemade chicken samosas.
