How to make Arbi Tikki for Vrat in 5 simple steps.

Boil the Arbi, cook the arbi in a pressure cooker until soft. peel and mash it in a large mixing bowl.
Prepare the Mixture, add singhare ka atta, cumin powder, rock salt, and chopped green chilies to the mashed arbi. mix well until it forms a smooth dough-like consistency.
Shape the Tikkis, grease your hands with oil or ghee and take small portions of the mixture. shape them into flat, round patties.
Shallow Fry, heat ghee or oil in a pan over medium heat. once hot, gently place the tikkis in the pan and fry them until golden brown and crisp on both sides.
Serve, once cooked, place the arbi tikkis on paper towels to drain excess oil. garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with vrat-friendly chutney or yogurt.
