Here’s a quick recipe to make Chatpata Avocado Chutney at home in 5 minutes.

Prepare Avocado, cut the avocado, remove the seed, and scoop out the pulp.
Blend Ingredients, in a blender, add avocado, green chili, coriander leaves, lemon juice, cumin powder, chaat masala, salt, and black salt.
Grind to a Paste, blend everything into a smooth chutney. add 1–2 tbsp water if needed.
Taste and Adjust, check salt, lemon, and spice levels; adjust to your taste.
Serve Fresh, serve immediately with parathas, sandwiches, snacks, or as a dip.
