Here's how to make Beetroot Jam at home.

Prepare the Beetroot, peel and grate the beetroot finely to help it cook faster.
Cook the Beetroot, in a pan, cook grated beetroot with water on medium heat for 10-12 minutes until soft.
Add Sugar, and stir continuously on low-medium heat until it thickens like jam 15-20 minutes.
Add Flavor, mix in lemon juice and cardamom powder, then cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Cool and Store, let the jam cool completely, then store it in a sterilized jar. enjoy on toast or desserts.
