Make the Filling, mash boiled potatoes and mix with spices like turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, amchur, and salt. stuff this into the chilies.
Prepare Batter, mix gram flour, turmeric, chili powder, and salt with water to form a thick batter.
Coat and Fry, dip the stuffed chilies in the batter and deep-fry until golden and crispy.
