Here’s how to make Punjabi-style Mooli Paratha in 5 simple steps.

Prepare the Dough, knead a soft dough using 2 cups of whole wheat flour, water, and a pinch of salt. cover and set aside.

Prepare Radish Filling, grate 1 cup of mooli and squeeze out excess water. mix in carom seeds, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt to taste.

Stuff the Paratha, roll a small dough ball into a flat disc, place a spoonful of the radish mixture in the center, and fold the edges to seal the filling inside.

Roll the Paratha, gently roll the stuffed dough into a flat round paratha, being careful not to tear it.

Cook the Paratha, heat a tawa, cook the paratha on both sides with ghee or oil until golden brown spots appear. serve hot with yogurt or pickle.
