Prepare Batter, mix gram flour, semolina, sugar, and spices with water to form a smooth batter.

Add Leavening Agent, add eno fruit salt to the batter and mix gently.

Steam Batter, pour batter into a greased tin and steam for 15-20 minutes.

Prepare Tempering, heat oil, add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, and spices. saute for a few second.

Add Water to Tempering, add water to the tempering mixture and bring to a boil.

Apply Tempering to Dhokla, pour hot tempering over the steamed dhokla.

Garnish and Serve, cut dhokla into pieces, garnish with coriander leaves and coconut, and serve with chutney.
