Here's how to make Aloo Gobhi Paratha at home.

Prepare the Dough, knead a soft dough with wheat flour, water, and salt. let it rest for 20 minutes.
Make the Filling, mix mashed potatoes, grated cauliflower, spices, and coriander for a flavorful filling.
Divide & Roll Dough, take a small dough ball, roll it slightly, and add filling in the center.
Sealing and Shaping Paratha, seal the edges carefully and gently roll it into a round paratha shape.
Cook on Tawa, heat a tawa, place the paratha, and cook it on a medium flame.
Flip & Apply Ghee, flip the paratha, apply ghee, and cook until both sides are golden brown.
Serve , hot Aloo Gobhi Paratha with curd, pickle, or butter for a delightful experience
