Prepare the Tofu, press tofu to remove excess water, then cut into cubes.

Coat for Crispiness, toss tofu with soy sauce and cornstarch for a crispy texture.

Cook the Tofu, heat olive oil in a pan and fry tofu until golden brown and crispy.

Assemble the Salad, in a bowl, mix lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and carrots.

Add Tofu & Garnish, place crispy tofu on top, sprinkle sesame seeds.

Drizzle Dressing & Serve, mix dressing ingredients, pour over the salad, and enjoy.
