Here's how to make healthy and delicious Mug Omelette in just 5 minutes at home.
Whisk the eggs, crack two eggs into the mug. add 2 tbsp of milk and whisk well using a fork until the mixture turns light and frothy. milk helps make the omelette soft and fluffy.
Add seasonings, mix in salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes for seasoning. adjust spice levels according to your taste.
Add vegetables & cheese, now, add chopped onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, and spinach or coriander leaves. if you like, mix in some grated cheese for extra flavor. stir well.
Microwave for 1 minute, place the mug in the microwave and cook on high for 1 minute. the eggs will start setting.
Stir & cook again, take the mug out, give it a light stir and microwave again for 30-40 seconds until the omelette is fully cooked and fluffy.
