Saute Tofu, heat oil in a pan, and lightly saute tofu cubes until golden on all sides. set aside.
Stir-Fry Veggies, in the same pan, stir-fry your chopped veggies for 3–4 minutes until tender but still crisp.
Add Rice, add the cooked rice to the pan with veggies and mix well.
Mix in the Tofu, add the cooked tofu back into the rice, give it a final mix, and serve hot.
Season, add soy sauce, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. stir everything together.
