Here's how to make Egg oats omelette at home.

Prepare the Batter, in a bowl, mix 2 eggs, ΒΌ cup oats, salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes. add a little water or milk and whisk well.

Add Vegetables, finely chop onions, tomatoes, capsicum, and coriander. mix them into the batter for extra flavor and nutrition.

Heat the Pan, heat a non-stick pan and grease it with a little oil or butter on medium flame.

Cook the Omelette, pour the batter onto the pan and spread evenly. cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden, then flip and cook the other side.

Serve and Enjoy, once fully cooked, transfer to a plate. serve hot with toast, chutney, or ketchup. enjoy your healthy egg oats omelette.
