Heat a pan, add butter, and sautE chopped onions and broccoli for 2-3 minutes until soft. add salt, black pepper, and chili flakes.

Remove from heat and mix in the grated cheese to create a creamy filling.

Take two bread slices and spread the broccoli-cheese mixture evenly. cover with another bread slice.

Toast the sandwich on a pan with butter or grill it until golden brown and crispy.

Serve hot with ketchup or a dip of your choice. enjoy your healthy and cheesy broccoli sandwich.
