How to make Fry Idli at home in 7 easy steps.

Cut & Prepare Idlis, chop leftover idlis into bite-sized cubes and keep them aside.

Heat Oil, in a pan, heat oil or butter, add mustard seeds, and let them splutter.

Saute Onions & Spices, add chopped onions & green chili, saute until onions turn golden.

Add Masalas, mix in turmeric, red chili powder, salt, and stir well for a few seconds.

Toss the Idlis, add idli pieces, toss well so they get coated with the masala.

Crisp Them Up, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the idlis turn crispy and golden brown.

Garnish & Serve, sprinkle with fresh coriander & lemon juice and serve hot with chutney.
