Ingredients, Gather tomatoes, onions, garlic, ginger, green chilies, cumin seeds, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, and fresh cilantro.

Saute Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter. Add chopped onions, garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Saute until golden brown.

Add Tomatoes, Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and mushy.

Spices, Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook for a few minutes.

Blend, Let the mixture cool slightly, then blend it into a smooth puree.

Strain the puree back into the pan, add water to adjust the consistency, and bring to a boil.

Garnish, Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
