Soak Bottle Gourd, Peel, grate, and soak bottle gourd in water for 10 minutes.
Boil Milk, In a large pan, bring milk to a boil.
Cook Bottle Gourd, Squeeze out excess water and add the grated bottle gourd to the boiling milk.
Simmer, Let it simmer on low heat until the bottle gourd is cooked and the milk thickens.
Add Sugar, Stir in sugar and continue cooking until it dissolves completely.
Flavor, Add cardamom powder for flavor and stir well.
Garnish, Mix in chopped nuts like almonds and pistachios.
Serve, Let it cool and serve chilled or warm.
