Soak the Dal and Rice, soak a mix of toor dal, moong dal, urad dal, chana dal, and rice in water for 4–5 hours.
Grind to a Batter, drain and grind with ginger, green chilies, and cumin seeds to make a smooth batter.
Ferment the Batter, let the batter rest for 6–8 hours or overnight for fermentation.
Add Seasoning, before cooking, add salt and mix well.
Heat the Tawa, grease a tawa, pour a ladleful of batter, and spread into a thin dosa shape.
Cook Until Crispy, drizzle oil, cook until golden brown, and flip if needed.
Serve and Enjoy, serve hot with coconut chutney or sambar for a protein-packed meal.
