Heat Ghee, Melt 1/2 cup of ghee in a pan on medium heat.

Roast Flour, Add 1 cup of whole wheat flour aata and roast until golden brown and aromatic.

Prepare Sugar Syrup, In a separate pan, dissolve 1 cup of sugar in 2 cups of water, and bring it to a boil.

Mix Syrup with Flour, Slowly pour the hot sugar syrup into the roasted flour, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.

Cook, Keep stirring until the mixture thickens and the ghee starts to separate.

Add Flavor, Stir in a pinch of cardamom powder for flavor.

Serve, Garnish with chopped nuts and serve warm.
