Saute aromatics, heat olive oil in a pan, saute onions and spring onions until soft, then add garlic and cook briefly.

Cook spinach, add chopped spinach and cook until wilted, stirring occasionally to combine evenly.

Add rice and seasoning, stir in rice, dill, oregano, salt, and pepper, ensuring the rice is well coated.

Simmer with liquid, add water or broth, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes until rice is tender.

Finish and serve, stir in lemon juice, adjust seasoning, and garnish with feta and dill. serve warm as a main or side dish.
