Cook Dates, heat ghee in a pan, add chopped dates, and stir continuously until they become soft and sticky.
Mix Everything, add the roasted nuts, seeds, and cardamom powder to the mashed dates. mix well until everything combines into a sticky mixture.
Shape the Ladoos, grease your hands with ghee and roll small portions of the mixture into round ladoos.
Set & Store, let the ladoos cool completely, then store them in an airtight container. enjoy these healthy, protein-rich energy bites.
