Grate and Squeeze, Grate 2 medium radishes , sprinkle with salt, and squeeze out excess water.

Prepare Filling, Mix grated radish with 1 chopped green chili, 1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain), 1 tsp cumin seeds, and finely.

Knead Dough, Combine 2 cups of wheat flour, a pinch of salt, and water to make a soft dough.

Divide and Roll, Divide dough into equal-sized balls and roll each into a small circle.

Stuff and Seal, Place radish filling in the center, fold edges over the filling, and seal.

Roll Again, Gently roll the stuffed dough ball into a flat paratha.

Cook Paratha, Cook on a hot tawa with ghee or oil until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot with yogurt or pickle.
