Prepare the Milk, boil the milk with sugar and saffron strands. let it cool and chill in the fridge.
Cook the Falooda Sev, boil the falooda sev as per the packet instructions, rinse with cold water, and keep aside.
Soak Basil Seeds, in water for 15–20 minutes until they swell up.
Layer the Falooda, in a glass, add soaked basil seeds, falooda sev, chilled saffron milk, and a drizzle of rose syrup.
Garnish and Serve, top with a scoop of ice cream and sprinkle chopped pistachios. serve immediately and enjoy.
