Here's how to make cool and creamy Cucumber Raita at home.

Grate or Chop the Cucumber, wash and peel a cucumber, then grate or finely chop it. squeeze out excess water to prevent the raita from becoming too watery.
Prepare the Yogurt Base, take 1 cup of fresh, thick yogurt in a bowl. whisk it until smooth and creamy.
Mix the Ingredients, add the grated cucumber, salt, roasted cumin powder, and black salt to the yogurt. mix well to combine all the flavors.
Add Fresh Herbs and Seasonings, stir in finely chopped mint or coriander leaves. you can also add a pinch of chaat masala and a dash of black pepper for extra flavor.
Chill and Serve, refrigerate for 10–15 minutes for a refreshing taste. serve chilled as a side dish with biryani, pulao, or parathas. enjoy your cool and creamy cucumber raita.
