Here's how to make Protein-Rich Dahi Tadka Sandwich at home.

Make the Curd Mix, crumbled paneer, boiled lentils, onions, tomatoes, green chilies, salt, turmeric, red chili powder, and chaat masala in a bowl.

Add Tadka, heat oil, splutter mustard and cumin seeds, then mix it into the curd. add coriander leaves and stir well.

Assemble the Sandwich, take two bread slices and spread the prepared dahi tadka mixture evenly on one slice. cover it with another slice of bread.

Toast the sandwich, and heat it in a pan or sandwich maker. apply butter on both sides of the sandwich and toast it until golden brown and crispy.

Serve Hot, once done, cut the sandwich into halves or triangles and serve hot.

Pair with a Dip, enjoy your protein-rich dahi tadka sandwich with green chutney or tomato ketchup for extra flavor.
