Here's how to make Potato Sticks at home.

Prepare the Potatoes, peel and cut potatoes into thin sticks. soak them in cold water for 10 minutes to remove excess starch.

Season the Sticks, drain and pat dry the potato sticks. Toss them with salt, black pepper, and a little cornflour for extra crispiness.

Fry Until Crispy, heat oil in a pan and deep-fry the potato sticks in batches until golden brown and crispy.

Drain and Season Again, remove from oil, place on paper towels, and sprinkle with chat masala, paprika, or your favorite seasoning.

Serve, hot with ketchup or a spicy dip for a delicious evening snack.
