Roast Daliya, Dry roast 1 cup of daliya in a pan until lightly golden, then set aside.

Saute Vegetables, In the same pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil, and sauté chopped onions, garlic, and green chilies until soft.

Add Vegetables, Add chopped vegetables like carrots, peas, beans, and tomatoes, and cook for a few minutes.

Spice It Up, Add spices like turmeric, cumin seeds, and salt. Stir well to coat the vegetables.

Cook Daliya, Add the roasted daliya to the pan, mix well, and pour in 3 cups of water.

Simmer, Cover and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes until the daliya and vegetables are fully cooked.

Garnish,with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
