Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cream softened butter with brown sugar, then mix in honey and vanilla extract.

In another bowl, whisk together the ragi flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually mix in the dry ingredients, then fold in nuts or dried fruits if desired.

Form small dough balls, flatten them slightly, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
