Here's how to make Potato Twister at home.

Prepare the Potatoes, wash and peel the potatoes. Insert a wooden skewer through the center and carefully slice in a spiral motion. gently stretch the slices along the skewer.

Coat with Seasoning, mix cornflour, red chili powder, salt, and chaat masala in a bowl. lightly coat the potato spirals with this dry mix for crispiness.

Heat the Oil, in a deep pan, heat oil on medium flame. to check if it’s ready, drop a small piece of potato it should sizzle immediately.

Fry the Potato Twister, deep fry the skewered potatoes until golden brown and crispy. ensure they cook evenly by turning them occasionally.

Garnish & Serve, remove from oil, drain excess oil on paper towels, and sprinkle extra chaat masala or cheese. serve hot with ketchup or spicy dip.
