Here's how to make Holi Special Rice Papad at home in 7 easy steps.

Boil 2 cups of water in pan. then add salt , cumin seeds, black pepper, and asafoetida . slowly add 1 cup rice flour keep stirring continuously to avoid lumps.

Low the heat flame and keep stirring the mixture until it meet to dough like consistency. and then turn off the heat and let it cool.

Knead the dough with a little oil and smooth it. if by any chances it feel little dry then sprinkle a few drops of warm water.

Shape small dough portions into thin, round papads using a rolling pin.

Dry the papads in sun for 2- 3 days until they become crispy.

Make sure to store dried papads in an airtight container to maintain their crispiness.

Fry the papads in oil until they puff up and trun crispy and then serve it with chutney.
