Here's how to make Masala Oats Omelette at home.

Whisk the Eggs & Oats, in a bowl, whisk eggs and oats together. let it sit for 5 minutes to soften the oats.

Add the Veggies & Spices, mix in onion, tomato, green chili, coriander, salt, turmeric, pepper, and chili powder.

Optional Boost, add a spoonful of milk or water for a fluffier texture. you can also add grated carrot or capsicum for extra nutrition.

Heat the Pan, grease a non-stick pan with a few drops of oil. heat it on a medium flame.

Pour & Cook, pour the mixture into the pan. spread evenly and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side till golden brown.

Serve Hot, serve your oats omelette with mint chutney, yogurt, or a glass of fresh juice for a wholesome start.
