How to make Potato Bread Crumbs at home.

Ingredients, 2 large potatoes, 1 cup breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and optional herbs.

Preparation, Peel and grate the potatoes. Squeeze out excess moisture using a clean cloth or paper towel.

Mixing,Combine grated potatoes, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and herbs in a bowl.

Forming, Shape the mixture into small, flat patties or spread it evenly on a baking sheet.

Baking, Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 15-20 minutes, turning once, until golden and crispy.

Cooling, Let them cool on a wire rack. Once completely cooled, break into crumbs or leave as patties.

Storage, Store in an airtight container for up to a week. Use as a crunchy topping or in recipes calling for breadcrumbs.
