Here's how to make Beetroot Halwa at home.

Saute the Beetroot, heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan, add grated beetroot, and saute for 5 minutes until it softens.

Cook with Milk, pour in the milk and cook on low heat, stirring occasionally, until the milk is absorbed.

Add Sugar & Flavor, mix in sugar and cardamom powder, then cook until the halwa thickens and turns glossy.

Enhance with Ghee & Nuts, add the remaining ghee, nuts, and raisins, stirring well for a rich flavor.

Serve Warm, once the halwa reaches the desired consistency, turn off the heat and serve warm, garnished with nuts.
