Soak Almonds, Soak 1 cup of raw almonds in water overnight or for at least 8 hours.
Drain and Rinse, Drain and rinse the soaked almonds thoroughly.
Blend Almonds, Add the soaked almonds to a blender with 3-4 cups of fresh water.
Blend Until Smooth, Blend the almonds and water on high speed for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy.Drain and Rinse: Drain and rinse the soaked almonds thoroughly.
Strain the Milk, Pour the almond mixture through a nut milk bag or a fine-mesh strainer into a bowl, squeezing to extract all the liquid.
Sweeten and Flavor, Add a sweetener like honey or vanilla extract to taste, and blend again.
Store and Serve, Pour the almond milk into a glass bottle or jar, refrigerate, and use within 3-4 days. Shake well before each use.
