Here's how to make Paneer Pyaaz Paratha at home.

Prepare the Dough, in a bowl, mix whole wheat flour with water and a pinch of salt. knead into a soft dough, cover, and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Prepare the Filling
Grate paneer and mix it with finely chopped onions, green chilies, coriander, salt, red chili powder, and garam masala.
Roll and Fill, divide the dough into balls, roll one out, place the paneer mixture in the center, and seal it by bringing the edges together.
Roll and Cook, gently roll the stuffed dough into a round paratha and cook it on a hot tawa with ghee or butter until golden brown on both sides.
Serve Hot, enjoy your crispy, flavorful Paneer Pyaaz Paratha with curd, pickle, or chutney for a healthy breakfast.
