Prepare the Ingredients, roughly chop a mix of your favorite nuts and dry fruits. soak 1 cup of pitted dates in warm water for 10 minutes to soften.
Blend the Dates, drain the dates and blend them in a food processor until a sticky paste forms. this will act as the natural binder.
Mix the Dry Ingredients, in a bowl, combine the date paste with the chopped nuts and dry fruits. add a pinch of cardamom powder and mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Shape the Mixture, transfer the mixture onto a parchment-lined tray. press it firmly into a thin, even layer, ensuring it holds together well.
Set and Serve, refrigerate the pressed mixture for at least 1-2 hours to firm up. once set, cut into roll shapes or bite-sized pieces and serve as a nutritious snack.
