Prepare the Mixture, in a bowl, mix grated cheese, mashed potatoes, bread crumbs, cornflour, spices, and coriander.
Shape the Kebabs, take small portions of the mixture and shape them into cylindrical or round kebabs.
Coat for Crispiness, roll the kebabs in bread crumbs for an extra crispy texture.
Chill for Firmness, refrigerate the kebabs for 15–20 minutes to help them hold their shape.
Fry Until Golden, heat oil in a pan and shallow or deep-fry the kebabs until golden brown.
Serve & Enjoy, drain excess oil, serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup, and enjoy your crispy cheese kebabs.
