Fry the Eggs, heat oil in a pan and lightly fry the boiled eggs until golden. set aside.

Saute Onions & Spices, in the same pan, add cumin seeds, then sauté onions until golden brown. add ginger-garlic paste and cook until fragrant.

Cook Tomato Masala, stir in tomato puree, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. cook until the oil separates.

Make the Creamy Base, lower the heat and mix in fresh cream or yogurt. stir well to create a smooth, rich gravy.

Add Eggs & Simmer, place the fried eggs into the gravy, sprinkle garam masala, and let it simmer for a few minutes.

Garnish & Serve, finish with fresh coriander and serve hot with naan, roti, or rice.
