Prepare the Dough, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast; let sit for 5-10 minutes. add flour and knead into smooth dough. let rise for 1-1.5 hours.

Make Filling, mix softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

Shape Buns, divide dough, roll into discs, add cream cheese, and seal.

Second Rise, place filled buns on a tray, cover, and rise for 30 minutes.

Bake, preheat oven to 180°C (350°F), brush buns with egg wash, bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. enjoy warm.
