Whip Cream, In a bowl, whip 2 cups of heavy cream until soft peaks form.

Add Sugar, Gradually add 1/2 cup of sugar to the whipped cream, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.

Fold in Mango Puree, Gently fold in 1 1/2 cups of mango puree into the whipped cream mixture until well combined.

Pour into Mold, Pour the mixture into a cake mold or serving dish, smoothing the top.

Chill, Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until the mousse is set.

Serve, Slice and serve the chilled mango mousse cake.
