Prepare potatoes, boil and mash the potatoes until smooth.

Heat ghee, saute mashed potatoes in ghee for 5-7 minutes until golden.

Add milk, pour in milk and cook until the mixture thickens.

Sweeten and flavor, stir in sugar and cardamom, cook until glossy.

Garnish and serve, top with dry fruits and serve warm.
