Make the Dough, mix 2 cups of whole wheat flour, a pinch of salt, and water to form a soft dough. rest for 20 minutes.
Prepare the Filling, grate 1 cup of broccoli, squeeze out water, and mix with ginger, green chilies, cumin, and salt.
Stuff the Dough: Roll small dough balls, add 2 tbsp broccoli filling in the center, fold, and seal the edges.
Roll the Paratha, gently roll the stuffed dough into a flat paratha without tearing it.
Cook the Paratha, cook on a hot tawa with ghee until golden brown on both sides.
