Here's how to make Tibetan-style potatoes in 6 simple steps.

Prepare the Potatoes, slice the potatoes into thin, even slices. rinse them under cold water to remove excess starch, then drain and pat dry.

Heat Oil, in a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat. make sure the pan is hot before adding the potatoes to ensure they get crispy.

Cook the Potatoes, add the sliced potatoes to the pan and let them cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until they become golden brown and crispy on the edges.

Add Garlic and Chili, once the potatoes are cooked through, add minced garlic and green chili. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, taking care not to burn the garlic.

Season, sprinkle salt and freshly ground black pepper over the potatoes, adjusting to taste. Toss everything together to evenly coat the potatoes with seasoning.

Garnish and Serve, remove from heat and garnish with chopped cilantro or green onions. serve hot as a tasty side dish or enjoy on its own
