Here's how to make sweet potato and chickpea patties at home.

Mash the Ingredients, in a bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes and chickpeas until smooth.
Add Spices & Seasoning, mix in chopped onion, garlic, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Bind the Mixture, add breadcrumbs and chopped coriander/parsley, then mix well to form a dough-like consistency.
Shape the Patties, divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into round patties.
Heat the Oil, in a pan, heat 2 tbsp olive oil over medium heat.
Cook the Patties, fry the patties for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
Serve & Enjoy, drain on paper towels and serve hot with yogurt dip or chutney.
