Here’s a simple way to make Moong Dal Ladoo at home in 6 steps.

Roast moong dal, dry roast moong dal in a pan on a low flame until golden and aromatic. let it cool.

Grind into powder, grind the roasted dal into a fine powder using a mixer or grinder.

Heat ghee, melt ghee in a pan, and add the powdered dal. roast for 2–3 minutes on low flame.

Add sugar and cardamom, turn off the heat. add powdered sugar and cardamom powder. mix well.

Shape the ladoos, while still warm, take small portions, and shape them into round ladoos.

Cool and store, let the ladoos cool completely, then store them in an airtight container.
